Fit Yourself
to Fit the World

This 10-hour exploration of Katonah Yoga practice and theory will give you the chance to dive into this practice in both a practical and poetic way.

Learn the benefits of referencing archetype and sacred geometry to inform your form.

Make good contact with yourself as you find fits and folds in your body through asana. Yoga=Origami for the human form.

Make good contact with the universal as you explore the ability of metaphor-laden breathwork to usher in an embodied dialogue between your personal nature and great nature.

Make good contact with others as you play with hands-on adjustments as a way to track the experience of poses in new ways.

“What’s really powerful is to develop the mind, body, and breath to work together. I think everyone should be self-responsible, to have integrity and to integrate all three”, which is why she has spent much of the past decade developing her Meditation Maps. “A reason to use a map is so you can understand the territory of the mind, body and breath. It’s so you can articulate territory and so you can explore territory; so you can eventually get to where you want to go. And where everyone wants to go is to find Joy.”
